This is a large and sculptural ceramic bowl or cachepot by Dümler & Breiden, handmade in West Germany circa the 1950s. The piece features a unique design with a wide, wavy opening, giving it an elegant organic presence. It is finished with a matte glaze in pastel tones such as primrose yellow, sky blue, and cream, combined with darker cauldron-colored bands. The layered glazes sit over a sgraffito decoration, adding depth and texture. The bowl is signed and marked on the underside with Dümler & Breiden, model code 193/24, and GES. GESCH Germany. Dimensions: approximately 20 cm in height, 24 cm in width, and 23 cm in depth. It is in mint condition and can be used as a centerpiece, catchall, planter, or decorative object. Carefully packed and shipped fully insured via FedEx.
