2 Cesca chairs designed by Marcel Breuer in the late 1920s. The first had a wooden seat!! - for your personal knowledge - but it was when Italian publishers reinterpreted it with caning that its success took off in the 1960s until today. Funny since the name of the model is the diminutive of the first name of Marcel's daughter. Here is an Italian edition from 1991/92 in patinated white but in good condition. Zero structural defects & caning in perfect condition! Rarer than the wood or black colors. Probably the manufacturer Fasem for those in the know. The made in Italy is visible by the stamp & also the presence of a small sticker that I managed to save from the restoration done on these copies.
