Curved Louis XV style commode in marquetry – Marble top

Elegant Louis XV style commode, with a curved and flowing shape, opening at the front with two large drawers without visible crossbars. Very beautiful marquetry work, arranged in a frieze and enhanced with a delicate floral marquetry decoration on the front as well as on the sides. The curved lines and cabriole legs give it a particularly elegant silhouette. The commode is richly adorned with gilded bronze in the rococo style: drawer handles, lock entries, corner drops, and feet. The lower crossbar is also highlighted by a central bronze ornament. It is topped with a beautiful veined pink marble top, molded and shaped to perfectly fit the contours of the piece. Beautiful decorative quality for this commode made in the style of 18th-century French productions. Dimensions: Height: 78 cm, Width: 94 cm, Depth: 46 cm. Overall good condition, with some marks and wear consistent with age and use, visible in the photographs.
