Vintage Japanese sake bottle in porcelain – Kutani – H15 cm

Small vintage Japanese sake bottle in white porcelain, with Kutani mark under the base. I chose it for its simple shape and delicate decoration in shades of burgundy, light blue, black, and gold. The pattern combines flowers and stylised elements, with a few golden touches that beautifully catch the light. It can be used as a sake bottle, but also as a small vase or decorative soliflore. Details: – Origin: Japan. – Tradition: Kutani. – Material: porcelain. – Estimated dating: second half of the 20th century, probably Shōwa period. – Height: 15 cm. – Opening: approx. Ø 3 cm. – Diameter at widest point: approx. 6.5 cm. – Mark under the base.
