Large Hollywood regency midcentury Capiz and brass table lamp, 1960s

Stunning midcentury capiz table lamp attributed to germany 1960s. The cadiz shell most commonly found in the philippines was popular amongst various makers such as the feldman lighting co from los angeles and various german manufacturers like rausch for example. This lamp is not signed so difficult to attribute. The brass has been polished overtime and is nog in a more "brushed brass" condition than it would have been originally in our opinion. The mushroom shade shade is still in great condition considering its age with no breaks or missing pieces etc and with the expected discolorations due to age. The lamp is fitted for two general e27 lightbulbs and stands at 63 cm in height.
