Trio of Elephant Parade Candlesticks | Brass | 1960s

Mid century brass elephant parade set consisting of 3 elephant figurines and two taper candle holders. The candle holders feature a screw stem that acts as a chain link between the tail and trunk, allowing them to be assembled like a train. These were produced in the 1960s and are made from brass. A beautiful piece of art deco style decor to add playfulness and warmth to your home decor. Length: 29cm. Height: 7cm. Width: 4.5cm. Each elephant figurine measures 10.5 X 5.5 X 4.5cm. Condition: excellent vintage condition with some natural patina and some tarnishing to one of the elephants. Note that one elephant has the remains of a candle holder screw that must have broken off in its trunk, meaning it can no longer hold a candle holder but this is not a problem if placed first on the train.
