It includes a large circular serving platter and six dessert plates, each in pairs adorned with a different still life featuring red fruits: strawberries, cherries, fruits in bowls, books, and table objects. The decor, with its luminous realism, stands out against a deep black background, framed by a scale-patterned frieze and a silver-grey beaded border. Each piece bears an imprint on the back: "Extract from the original work of Jean-Claude Chauray for Bernardaud Limoges France, " along with the title of the depicted decor and a reproduction of the artist's signature. The set is remarkable for the variety of its compositions and its very beautiful decorative effect. It can be displayed on a table, on a wall, or in a showcase.
