Set of 4 Conference chairs by Eero Saarinen for Knoll

Set of four Conference chairs by Eero Saarinen for Knoll International. Excellent condition. First edition from the 1960s. This model is a landmark in design history. The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York acquired them for its design department as soon as Saarinen created the design. These chairs come from IBM (in New York), as indicated by the engraved label with the archival number. This version with the fiberglass back is very rare. As seen in one of the photos, one backrest has a small chip over a few centimeters.
