Brutalist bench in solid wood (Folk art)

Brutalist bench made of solid wood, probably from the late 18th century/early 19th century based on the tool marks used in its construction. The seat is carved from a single piece of trunk, in a "practical", simple and rustic manner. The back legs and backrest are made from planks, nailed and glued, while the front legs are made from two branches "inserted" into the seat. (One or two screws have been added later to secure them and prevent any movement due to changes in humidity.) Completely stripped, cleaned, treated, and left with a raw wood finish, natural colour. (Depending on personal taste, it can be stained or otherwise, but it is also usable as is.) Dimensions: 75 X 63 X 75 cm height (backrest), seat height 42 cm. This bench is a beautiful testament to ancient popular art, simple, functional, and unadorned; it has a soul and takes us back to the evenings of yesteryear by the fire, moments conducive to the creation of such objects.
