Rare Italian ceramic vase from the 1960s-1970s, probably from the workshops of Montelupo Fiorentino. Its graphic decoration features moulded geometric panels in cream and speckled purple tones, reminiscent of the productions of the Bitossi factory and more broadly of Italian modernist ceramics from this period. The bulbous shape and the very rhythmic architectural decoration make it a strong decorative piece, typical of Italian design from the 60s, ideal for a vintage or contemporary interior. The vase is glazed on the inside. Marking under the base: “Italy 627”. Condition: very good overall condition. Notable are two small chips at the neck, visible in the photos, which do not affect the sturdiness of the piece. This has now become part of its history. Dimensions: • Height: 18 cm. • Maximum diameter: 19.5 cm. • Diameter of the neck: 11.5 cm.
