Large tripod salon table in mahogany – Restoration period / early Louis-Philippe (circa 1825-1840) Elegant large salon table in mahogany, resting on a tripod base sculpted with powerful lion's claws. The central baluster shaft is adorned with fluting, and the frieze is highlighted with a beaded decoration, characteristic of the Restoration style. It is topped with its original grey marble top, with a generous diameter of 99 cm, offering a beautiful presence in a classic or contemporary interior. The construction is of high quality, with traditional joinery and antique fittings indicating a manufacture from the first half of the 19th century. Condition: Structure perfectly sound and stable.
