Antique oak jam cupboard. Authentic charm and timeless lines for this beautiful jam cupboard in solid oak. With its warm patina and compact size, it will ideally fit in an entrance, kitchen, or living room as a side piece or bar cabinet. This regional piece of fine craftsmanship opens with a large drawer at the top fitted with a knob, as well as a panelled door with a high cross rail in a gendarme hat style. The interior offers a generous storage space divided by a robust solid wood shelf. It rests at the front on lovely curved feet typical of rustic style, softened by a beautifully shaped low cross rail. The side panels and back are also framed and panelled, showcasing traditional and solid cabinetmaking. Condition: In good overall condition from a home. The piece is sound, stable, and fully functional. It has its original key and the lock works.
