Rare and elegant Italian bar cart from the mid-20th century, attributed to designer Cesare Lacca, an iconic figure in Italian design of the 1950s. A particularly sculptural piece, remarkable for the fluidity of its lines and the quality of its craftsmanship. Its structure is made of stained solid wood, with generously curved supports, creating a very organic and graphic silhouette. The cart features two large transparent glass shelves, set in wooden frames, allowing for the display of bottles, glasses, and decorative objects. The four legs end in delicate swivel brass casters, adding a precious touch to the whole. There are 4 bottle slots. An emblematic piece of Italian Mid-Century Modern aesthetics, where the work of wood, generous proportions, and brass details create an object that is both functional and truly sculptural.
