Set of 2 Herlag chrome cantilever lounge chairs by Johan Bertil Häggström

This pair of chrome cantilever chairs from häggström is in excellent condition. The solid chrome tube frames are in very good condition and show minimal signs of wear. The brown/beige mottled velvet fabric shows almost no wear and the thick cushions provide good seating comfort. The covering is covered with a brown canvas which has a small damaged area at the back of an armchair. The Swedish designer Johan Bertil Häggstöm designed these armchairs in the 1970s. The German furniture manufacturer Herlag manufactured them, among others. After working for several manufacturers, häggstöm created his own studio. Classic design from the late 60s/early 70s.
