Rustic chair in dark beech and woven straw around 1940

Low chair attributed to the designer charles dudouyt and dating from the 1940s (this chair was produced from 1940 to 1949) composed of a dark wood varnished beech backrest formed by two round turned wooden cleats ending in two balls and two horizontal slats in the form of waves, four turned wooden legs connected by four spacers also in turned wood and a square seat in woven straw. In perfect condition, solid and stable, this low chair will find its place in your living room as a low seat or in any other room of your interior and will bring a vintage and design touch to your decoration.
