Eclectic Empire-style table lamp, 1950s

A special vintage table lamp in Empire style from the 1950s. Made of metal on a wooden base. The lamp is of a substantial size. Lampshade not included. A lamp with presence: classic Empire forms with a wink, exactly the kind of idiosyncratic object that gives a room character. Looks great in an eclectic interior, and combines beautifully with classic and Hollywood Regency accents.
