Enamelled metal "Scampi" serving plate. 1960s - Catherine Holm brand - Norway. Teal blue with a white lotus motif. Rare and collectible. Small blue Catherine Holm serving tray. Although Grete Prytz Kittelsen was responsible for the design of the shapes and colors, Arne Clausen is credited with designing the "lotus" motif for Catherine Holm.
