Louis XVI Style Secretary

Profusion of flowers on this secretary in very good general condition. Friezes of old roses in marquetry on the headband, felling it, the top and both sides that are flared. Gallery and bronze ornaments - bronze protections on the 4 feet. Walnut plaster in good condition, thinned and sanded with a soft and satiny appearance. Batant with key, brass hinges, 3 drawers, a niche at the top and a secret drawer with a sliding bottom in rosewood with brass notch. The hand underhand is made of velvet-like textile with a gold finish. The whole thing is original. Note a few times on the fragile parts, and haloes on the hand but very good general condition for this antique piece of furniture.
