Vintage coffee table in white marble and gilded brass – 1960s/70s Elegant vintage coffee table with neoclassical inspiration, likely dating from the 1960s/70s. It features a stunning white marble top veined with grey, paired with a particularly ornate gilded base. All the hallmarks of neoclassical furniture from this period are present: fluted legs, tapered supports, turned details, and an X-shaped stretcher adorned with a central rosette. The contrast between the veined white marble and the gilded structure gives it a very chic presence, while remaining understated enough to fit into both a vintage interior and a contemporary decor. The structure retains its original patina, with traces and nuances of wear on the gilded metal that testify to its history and give it vintage character.
