Capodimonte style candlestick

Pink ceramic candlestick in Capodimonte style. A candlestick shaped like a blooming rose, with each petal modelled and enhanced by hand, resting on sculpted foliage and featuring a small handle resembling brambles - in the spirit of floral compositions in porcelain. Capodimonte, highly sought after in Italy during the 1950s-1960s for their exuberance and meticulous craftsmanship. There are very small, barely visible chips, with no impact on use (see photo). Usage idea: to be used with a slim candle to add flair to a festive table, or as a decorative object on its own on a shelf.
