Art Deco Confiturier

This lovely Art Deco jam cabinet captivates with its elegant lines, sculpted details, and unusual proportions. This antique piece has been meticulously restored. The wood, which had numerous signs of wormholes, has been carefully treated, and most of the small holes have been filled, while preserving the character of the furniture. The exterior has been repainted in the Gauguin yellow shade (CH1 0230), with a velvety matte finish. The interior has received a matte paint from Little Greene in a soft linen colour. Its oak top has been kept in its natural shade and protected with a varnish. The door, adorned with a delicate sculpted floral pattern, locks securely with its perfectly functional lock. Inside, a wooden shelf allows for easy organisation of storage. With its unusual height of 98.5 cm and shallow depth, this jam cabinet can find its place in an entrance, living room, bedroom, or kitchen, serving as a side piece or small storage unit.
