Vintage Mid-Century Long Sideboard, Czechoslovakia, 1970s

Offered here is a vintage sideboard produced in Czechoslovakia around 1970. This piece is designed in the spirit of mid-century modern style, emphasizing clean lines and functional storage. The frame is made from plywood and beech wood. The front is equipped with two sliding doors – one in bright red with a black handle, the other in natural wood showing its grain. The interior features open compartments divided vertically, each equipped with a glass shelf. The storage spaces are accessible from the front via sliding doors. The sideboard is supported by four tapered legs with contrasting light-colored tips. The surface shows a light patina consistent with age and use but is overall in very good condition without visible defects.
