Cradle or cradle in wrought iron 1900

Old cradle (or cradle) dating from the 1900s in wrought iron. Very stable and quite functional, it will welcome baby for sweet nights... The bottom of the wrought iron cradle, is covered with a wooden plate acting as a box spring, then 2 mattresses adaptable according to the height of the desired bed, the top mattress can accommodate a standard cover of 80 cm X 50 cm. It was painted in midnight blue and covered with a white fabric with blue polka dots positioned with scratches so removable and easily cleanable, the perimeter is padded with cotton wool (see photo) for more comfort. It is possible to temporarily block the swing system to have a fixed bed. Total height with arrow 1 meter 45 - width 61 cm and length 1 meter; height of the floor at the top of the bed 90 cm. Sleeping height only 45 cm. This cradle has always remained in the family and was forged in niaux in ariège...
