Pair of vintage 1950 armchairs

Pair of armchairs xx, very comfortable, in beech tinted cherry, seat and foam back on suspensions covered with a beautiful fabric printed with flowers and foliage in shades of burgundy red, golden beige, green. The tapestry work is in excellent condition, the period fabric is very fresh!, just splendid!, neither stained nor fused, there are just a few wires pulled on the left of the seat of one of the two (see photos). The arms not attached to the back give them a very Scandinavian style. We have inserted advertisements from the "household arts" of 1957 where we find the model. These armchairs were in a small living room of a large bourgeois house, they almost never served their incredible state of preservation! Dimensions: 86cm high, 66cm, 5cm at the widest and 90cm deep. The height of the seat is 36cm. Weight: 2x13kg.
