Peill & Putzler pendant - "Wave" / "Anemone"

100% original vintage pendant in white glass with chrome metal top in perfect condition (very little marks of time, no clear scratches. Also the chrome top is in very good condition). Produced by peill & putzler around 1970 in düren - west-germany. Name of this model is "wave" but can sometimes also be found as "anemone" inspired by the flower. This lamp, made in different sizes and also in a transparant version, received an if design award in 1975. The german "glashüttenwerk" peill und sohn was orginally founded in 1903. Later, in 1947, the firm joined forces with putzler (also a german glass manufacturer, founded in 1869) and became peill + putzler glashüttenwerke. The beautiful smooth wavy lines still make this lamp looking very modern & contemporary. E27 lightbulb not included. Total length is 57 cm. A unique eye-catching vintage design pendant in perfect condition that looks good in every interior.
