This magnificent Stilnovo suspension model 1231 embodies with its iconic and sculptural design the rationalist elegance of Italian modernism. The diffuser is made of white lacquered metal and layers of copper above a nickel casing. It has the shape of a beehive and emits a soft light when switched on. The copper shows signs of wear that give the lamp a particular vintage charm. In good original condition, with a bit of patina on the layers of copper and it is not 100% straight. Please refer to the images! The lamp is fully functional with an E27 fitting and the stated size refers only to the shade. Stunning to look at and perfect for any mid-century modern dining room!.
