Hat stand – wrought iron art sculpture

Artistic wrought iron tree, a unique piece custom-made by Yvan Diard, a wrought iron craftsman in Isère. Entirely handcrafted, it is designed as a functional work: not only does it serve as a coat or hat rack, but it is also a decorative sculpture. Its organic design evokes a tree, with sinuous branches ending in forged balls that serve as hooks. The manufacturing is artisanal: forged steel, solid tube, bent and manually welded, with a raw patina that highlights the work of the metal and the traces of the craft. Today, a similar order from the craftsman would represent a cost of around €2000. Dimensions: 2.20m in height X 1.20m in length X 1m in depth.
