Set of 2 gilded Louis XV wall sconces in solid bronze

Two beautiful louis XV appliques formed of a wall support carved in curved leaves, which extends in a delightful spiral movement by two finely worked branches, carrying candlestick at their end. The basins, cups placed at the base of the candlesticks, are sculpted so that their upper face is rigorously horizontal, which interrupts the movement of the branches and brings an extra balance to this applique. Light source: two standard e14 screw bulbs, preferably halogen-like flame frosted.
