Caruelle system table from the 1950s

Table with modifiable system from the 50s by françois caruelle. This table has 2 tops, 1 small fixed square and a larger one which pivots horizontally and can, when deployed, tilt into 7 different positions. It is adjustable in height and one of the legs of the leg can extend to maintain the balance of the table when the large top is deployed. This ingenious table can be used as a side desk, lunch table, watercolorist table, etc. The base is in nickel-plated metal mounted on casters, the tops are in walnut. It is in good used condition. Dimensions: closed 54 cm X 40 cm h 67 cm, open 82 cm X 40 cm h 100 cm.
