MONTEREAU Set of 12 old scalloped flat plates Pastel blue opaque earthenware 1820-30

This superb and rare series of 12 dinner plates is made of montereau earthenware and dates from the 19th century. It is a table service marked "montereau france". In opaque earthenware, this model is glazed with a beautiful pastel blue glaze. Very sober, it is a model from the restoration period (1820-1830) developed by montereau before its merger with the creil factory, therefore before 1840. These plates measure 24.5 cm in diameter. In good general condition, I note traces of use and 4 plates have chips. The rest of the service (plates, shaped pieces) is also available. A timeless service, created two centuries ago, carefully preserved and reached today in beautiful condition...
