Paul Jacquet: 1883 -1968, ceramist from Annecy. He was a member of the Society of Fine Arts of Savoie and then of the Society of Decorative Artists. He collaborated with the primavera workshops between 1920 and 1925. He participated in the Paris decorative arts exhibition in 1925. The ceramist offered simple pieces, with a white background, punctuated with stylized geometric or floral designs, in the modernist spirit of the time. He will receive the gold medal. Description. Small ball-shaped vase. Ceramic, with glazed blue enamel. Enhanced with a minimalist orange pattern of flowers, dots and scrolls. Signature with pj stamp, under the base. Period: 1930. Dimensions. Height: 9 cm. Neck Ø: 3 cm. Base Ø: 5.5 cm. Weight: 231g. Condition. Very good general condition.
