Duo of vintage APILCO porcelain bistro lunches

The entire lot is in very good condition, no accidents, no cracks or chips. The black enamel remains very shiny, and the inside of the cups and the sugar bowl are very clean. The set consists of two 7 cm diameter espresso cups with their saucers, two 9.5 cm diameter tea or chocolate cups with their saucers, and a matching 8 cm diameter table sugar bowl, the all in hard porcelain from the apilco brand, whose reputation is well established. Created at the beginning of the 19th century, the factory is one of the oldest in france. Apilco tableware, non-porous and unable to chip or crack, has become over time the idol of cafes and bistros of all kinds. Impeccable design, both retro and timeless, and foolproof solidity make it a must have at home too. High quality french production from the first half of the 20th century.
