Description
Chairs are not for sale individually. Created in 1929 by Mallet-Stevens, this chair is very refined, reduced to the strict minimum, practical and stackable. It consists of a frame made of curved metal tubes, a sheet metal for the seat and three vertical strips. These 4 chairs are in perfect condition. The designer put the concepts of bauhaus into practice. This chair was also presented in different variations at the Paris Household Arts Show in 1935. It also furnished the kitchen of the Cavrois villa at d'oeuvre inaugurated in 1932, classified as a historic monument.
