Superb double bed designed by Joseph-André Motte and produced by Charron in France around 1950, emblematic of French furniture from the Reconstruction period and the beginnings of the Mid-Century Modern movement. The bed features a remarkable veneered wood structure, highlighted by a warm teak tone and particularly elegant vertical grain. The headboard forms a true architectural element, extended on either side by two integrated bedside tables.
