Minimalist wall lamp mid-century space, 1960s

Vintage design. Mid-century minimalist wall light. Simple black and white wall sconce. The light fixture consists of a rectangular metal frame with an exposed top. The front is made of a translucent plastic panel that serves as a diffuser and protection. A striking detail is the symmetrical perforation in the shape of a long slot at the bottom and on the sides. This is not only a functional element but also a design feature. The holes are closed with frosted glass from the inside. The lamp is offset from the wall via a base, creating a shadow joint and allowing water to drain.
