A visit to the tree, gouache on vélin d'arches by henriette barety, unframed. 1979. We find at barety this light and vaporous atmosphere; full of symbols and mysticism. Many angels and dialogues in front of statues. A mixture of cocteau and chagall. There is a chagall museum in nice, its inspiration may come from the master.
