Dining table in drapery style, walnut, 2.5m/3.5m, 1900.

Antique dining table from the first half of the 20th century in solid walnut. Inspired by drapery, it features a very thick top, turned wooden legs, and stretchers. We love its XL size of 2.5m, with two extensions bringing the table to 3.5m once both extensions are installed. The wood, so unique, has a relatively dark yet very luminous hue. We particularly appreciate the grain and the variations in the wood... very high-quality wood, and the table is obviously very heavy. The patina is original and gives this table all its authenticity. Thus, one can see some marks, signs of wear, and a few imperfections, especially on the legs where the varnish is slightly damaged in places.
