Oak and pine block work table

Old work table, or central island, used as a block at the time, composed of a massive wooden structure on turned legs and a pine top (which seems to have been changed over time). Three drawer fronts, but only one is usable, the others only have fixed fronts. Topped with flowered shell handles. A location where an extension should have been, which is no longer there. Fully restored, sanded, treated, lightly stained to bring out the patina of time then varnished. Very stable, robust and heavy furniture. This piece of furniture being old, it has defects in the wood, the wood is pitted in places...
