This brutalist lamp was made in Germany in the 1970s by Hustadt Leuchten (the manufacturer's label is still present) and is in excellent condition with barely any signs of age and use. It comes with its original wiring and is operated by a foot switch that allows for different settings for the 3 bulbs. From the thick, contoured glazing, so typical of West German studio pottery and often associated with the fat lava style, to the elongated fabric shade, this very large floor lamp embodies the aesthetic of mid-century modernism!
