We are delighted to offer this charming set of four original English oak folding steamer chairs from the 1940s. A very aesthetic, well-made, and decorative set, featuring a beautiful warm patina and lovely wood grain. The chairs fold with one hand and function as new, showcasing remarkable craftsmanship. Standing dimensions: Height: 77 cm, Width: 43 cm, Depth: 48 cm, Seat height: 44 cm. All measurements are taken at the widest point. This item is available for collection from our warehouse in Pulborough RH20 1DF. Please refer to the very detailed photos that are part of the condition description. Note: vintage and original items, such as leather seats, always exhibit a natural patina in the form of creases and wear. We recommend annual waxing to prevent moisture loss. Additionally, hand-dyed leathers should not be exposed to prolonged direct sunlight to avoid drying out and discolouration.
