DESCRIPTION The Stool is a milestone of minimalist German design. The 1986 design marks the beginning of the career of Christoph Böninger, who later shaped industrial design as the long-standing head of design at Siemens. The fact that the piece only entered serial production many years later emphasizes the modernity of its form. As the stool is no longer in production, it has become a sought-after collector’s item. This radical statement, made from a single aluminum plate, is formed into an elastic, sculptural seat through precise folding and a striking ribbed structure. CONDITION Very well-maintained condition with a beautiful, authentic patina and material-specific signs of wear along the edges. DIMENSIONS Width: approx. 45cm. Depth: approx. 45 cm. Height: approx 43 cm. INQUIRY Please use the 'Contact seller' button for any questions regarding the product or transport.
