A vase from the 1930s made by the famous Moser manufactory in Karlovy Vary is an example of the strict canon of Art Deco design. The solid form attracts attention with its faceted construction made of thick, high-transparency crystal, devoid of external decorations except for the geometric cut itself. The clearly symmetrical shape with sharp edges, distinctly marked 'arms' and a narrowing, stepped neck transitions into a solid, polygonal body. The vase captivates with its intense, transparent yellow with a warm, deep undertone – the colour highlights both the nobility of the material and the high gloss of the polished surface. The Moser signature confirms the authenticity of the item. Preserved in very good condition, without losses, scratches or signs of restoration – all edges remain original and sharp. The form of this vase tells the story of an era where optimism and progress met with craftsmanship. The crystal, faceted with mathematical precision, breaks light on walls and furniture, building an atmosphere of modernist balance. The yellow, like a sunbeam trapped in matter, symbolises the affirmation of life in the spirit of the 1930s. The vase could tell stories of salons where golden reflections illuminated chrome and veneered furniture, and its laconic, decisive line is the voice of the architecture and design of that time. This vase can be combined with other noble materials: polished wood, nickel-plated details or darker glass. It will work in arrangements based on Art Deco style, but also in more eclectic collector's interiors, where it accentuates the rhythm of light and form. It is worth displaying it on a console or chest of drawers with simple lines, where the pure geometry of the form will find its mirror in the surroundings. It can be accompanied by a single branch or remain an empty, architectural accent – decorative in itself.
