Napoleon III starry opaline lamp and rattan lampshade

Charming old accent lamp, the base is in white opaline dotted with golden stars. Old napoleon III carafe in white opaline glass hand painted with star motifs, mounted as a lamp in the 50s/60s. The bottom of the carafe has been adapted to a gold metal base, we can see traces of glue between the 2 parts. The foot is in fairly good condition, most of the stars are present, some are erased in the upper part. The rattan lampshade rests on the bulb, it dates from the 50s. Pretty delicate and rare lamp, the choice of lampshade changes its style according to tastes or moods.
