Postmodern Italian 1980s Memphis Style Table Side Lamp, 1980s

A beautiful post-modern minimalist table or side lamp made in Italy in the 1980s, very much in the spirit of Memphis Milano design. The lamp is exceptionally well-made and solidly constructed, with a pleasing weight that reflects its high-quality craftsmanship. It features a flat circular base finished in medium grey and white, a stem rising vertically before curving into a distinctive U-shape, and a hemispherical shade crafted from white enameled metal. The lamp arm can be rotated, allowing the shade to be positioned as desired. The lamp accommodates any standard E26/E27 light bulb and looks particularly striking when fitted with a large globe bulb, which is widely available and easy to source. The lamp is in very good, well-maintained condition.
