Massier Art Nouveau Vase Vallauris

Magnificent vallauris vase in glazed ceramic by the ceramists massier ((jérôme, clément, delphin, cédric). Late 19th - early 20th century (1890 - 1910). Close to the production of clément massier. Very high quality of execution. The dress is dark red with pigeon blood (depending on the light). The vase has vertical drip patterns, some in relief and others in the pattern. The neck is decorated with a frieze including butterflies, dragonflies, as well as plant motifs. These are characteristic of art nouveau and add a touch of elegance, originality and refinement. Very good condition, no defects to report. The glaze is well preserved. A rare piece, this motif appears very rarely on similar vases.
