Baoulé m'doman mask

Portrait mask "ndoma" shaped by the baoulée ethnic group of côte d'ivoire, it is made of wood with brown-black lacquered patina and enhanced with kaolin it celebrates a male face with a crenellated circumference and a beard with three braids and animals of wisdom on the head; three scarifications are to be noted around the sulky mouth, as well as a finely executed polylobed hairstyle.
