Danish Buffet with Sliding Doors by Poul M. Jessen, 1960s

Large buffet or highboard veneered with beautiful warm flamed wood produced by poul m. Jessen (pmj) viby denmark. The cabinet has 3 sliding doors with adjustable shelves behind the left sliding door and 2 drawers. The middle part has a sliding glass door on both sides with 4 (cutlery) drawers in the middle. The upper part has 3 sliding doors with a bar with mirrored glass behind the middle sliding door and a cupboard with an adjustable shelf on both sides. The cupboard offers plenty of space and is a real eye-catcher in the room. The design is typically danish, the doors have a curve and the cupboard has a keep on the side, which emphasizes the organic aspect. In good vintage condition with light traces by age and use.
