Vintage jug, Beauvais or Bonny handcrafted stoneware, enamelled

Superb 1-spout gargoulette, in enamelled Beauvais or Bonny stoneware, brown with shiny silver highlights. Vintage. Traditional artisanal manufacture. Beautiful flared shape towards the top, small lid and spout, fitted with 2 handles on the sides of the lid, one above the lid and one at the back. Pretty incised and beaded texture. 24-25cm max height handle, 19.5cm body only, 18cm max width/diameter. New condition, however the lid has a chip, relatively large but discreet when closed, manufacturing defects on one side, 2 large drops of enamel, one. very pretty set very decorative rustic chic, the same goes for the lid. The object remains very beautiful rustic but elegant with these handles. Approximately 1.500-2kg.
