Back from flea market, I reported... 6 talking plates from the comedy series "guesss". A true fashion phenomenon in the 19th century, the fine earthenware plates known as "speaking" have a historical and captioned décor. Black-printed decorations and wings. The answer to the riddle is given at the bottom of the illustration, upside down. On the signature back of the sarreguemines earthenware factory. Notice to collectors: it is rare to find the complete series. Diameter: 18.5 cm.
