Old animal painting

Oil on canvas signed bombled representing a sitting hunting dog. This painting was cleaned by a museum conservator. The framing is new. Charles bombled (1862-1927) son of the dutch painter karel frédéric bombled (1822-1902). Charles bombled was a pupil of luminir. He exhibited very early and received in 1900 the gold medal of the universal exhibition of paris.
